Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Does LED light therapy really work?
Vionelle's technology has been clinically studied and trusted for over 20 years.
Our devices have been featured in over 20 peer-reviewed clinical studies on skin rejuvenation and acne.
Please note: Not all LED masks are created equal - some lack the clinical studies or FDA clearance needed to demonstrate proven effectiveness.
How does the red light work?
The device use optimized energy output and clinically proven wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to work at a cellular level to stimulate new collagen and reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and other visible signs of aging.
The red wavelength (633nm) supports natural cellular repair and renewal for a visibly refreshed, more radiant complexion.
The near-infrared wavelength (830nm) targets deeper fibroblast cells, stimulating new collagen and elastin production for plumper, firmer, more youthful-looking skin.
What is Vionelle's LED device?
Based on the world’s leading Vionelle Medical™ light therapy technology, the device is a Clinically-studied, flexible, portable home-use device that uses light-emitting diodes (LED) to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin tone and firmness.
What is the recommended treatment regimen?
We recommend using the device 3-5 times per week for 4-6 weeks. After the initial 6 weeks, you should continue routine maintenance treatments as desired based on lifestyle and skincare needs, as everyone skin is different. Consistency is key, so find what works best for you!
How long does it take LED light therapy to work?
With consistent use, you should start to see results from your device starting at 4 weeks. Be sure to take before and after pictures to compare your progress.
Can I use my device every day?
We recommend only using the devices 3-5x a week, as we have not studied the effect of using the device every day. Although there is little risk, we do not recommend using the device in any way that is not exactly as specified in these instructions for use.
